PEG is a local enterprise group organised and staffed essentially by volunteers. It has two employees: one full-time and one part-time.

Together with its partner companies, PEG Property Ltd. and Riverside Community Enterprise Ltd., it owns and manages a number of small business premises in and around Portglenone.

Supporting local business, improving employment and generating revenue for reinvestment in the community are PEG’s essential objectives but it also serves as a facilitator for many local interest groups and community support organisations.

PEG sees its enterprise vision as:
