The Library was formerly Portglenone Primary School and it’s friendly staff continues the work of education, not only by issuing books, but also by hosting events and displays throughout the year.

Knit and Natter

Knit and Natter Groups are for adults who enjoy knitting, crochet, cross stitch and other crafts. They are free of charge to attend and participants have the opportunity to share hints and tips, swap patterns, meet new people and learn new skills. Members can bring along a project they are already working on or can start something new.

If this is your thing, and you love to chat come and join the fun!

Week commencing Monday 18th October is Book Week Ni

Libraries in partnership with BBC will be promoting celebration and love for reading and your local libraries.

If members would like to drop into the library any day that week (check website for opening hours)

On Wednesday 20th October as we are celebrating Love your Library day and will be having refreshments that morning 10:30 -1pm.
